Receiving the 3rd star on level 921 + 966

You get 3rd star at 140% I cleared the board with 165% on level 921 and 181% on 966 both Rancid boards. Has anyone experienced this on any other boards?

There are some levels that are like that and you need the equivalent of the last 12 generations of first born children to fulfil. I am not sure why, whether the requirements were higher when they used to be points rather than % but I hate those levels too.
