I regret that I will not be helpful. I usually don't play more than a few levels of special events because I don't want to use boosters on them. I don't recall playing any of the Royal Meadow levels. Now, I have the Farm Parade and have passed 5 levels without boosters. I doubt I will get beyond that level unless I change my mind about using boosters.
