Can’t Collect Harvest Rush Prizes

When I click “collect” to get the awards I get an error message. I’m connected to the internet and everything else in the game that depends on internet connectivity is working fine. I’m playing on my iPad with the latest IOS update.

I'm sorry that you have an issue with your connection.

I play with a mobile and sometimes happen to me when I have problem with wifi, internet or you have your device in aeroplane mode, but I reboot my device and after is working.

What I'd like to suggest is:

Log out of the game, disconnect from Internet, clear the cache or browser, turn off your device.

After 10 or 15 mnts turn on again your device and check if the connection alert is gone.
