Are you using a mobile device OR a laptop?
Did you check if you have logged into your account or not -- (either Facebook OR Kingdom)?
** Recently, King has changed their games a bit.... if we are logged out of the game, we will automatically start at level # 1. Hence, we must make sure that we are logged into our game.
