Why The game closes when i receive rewards?

Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

Clear cache from your Safari.

Restart the device and try connecting the game back to your Facebook/King account.

Can you tell me which device you are using?

I am thinking that you are experiencing this issue on a mobile device. If so, please check the storage space of your device and make sure that there is at least 2GB free space. In my experience, lack of space causes our Apps to crash/shut down 😔

Also, make sure that your App and the device are good with latest updates installed. It is another reason for our game(s) to crash.
