Game crashing when I am offered extra moves

This has been happening in the last week. When I am offered extra moves in exchange for watching ads (usually 2+1+2 moves) after watching the first ad and getting the first two moves, when I try to watch a second ad I get a message saying: "You appear to have lost connection. Connection lost". But when I press continue I can return to the game and play the two moves I had already earned. So, there is no problem with the internet connection, the game doesn't actually crash, but there's obviously a bug of some sort that stops me from getting the further moves.

Sometimes It happens with heavy load on device.

Please keep clean cache files of your device Regularly.

Also Use updated version of the game.

I'm sorry that you have an issue with your game connection, there are other players in your same situation and we have already reported the issue to the Farm Studio to fix it.

May you please check this thread and check this questions:

• Which device are you playing on?
• Which game version are you using?
• Do you remember which ad you were watching when it happened?

I am playing on a Huawei Y7 2019

Game version is 5.58.5

The problem occurs with all ads.
