2) You can also send the complaint directly from your game itself ---> Click on the "Settings" button (the Cog wheel) --> Then, click on the ? (the question mark) --> scroll down to "Purchases & Gold Bars" --> Check if any of the listed issues fit with the issue you are having. If not, scroll all the way down to "Contact Us" tab, and click on it to send the complaint.
