How can you disable help alerts?
I really enjoy the game and am an expert on it. For a few months, however, every time I open the game, boring pop-ups have insisted on describing how to play, how to send lives, how to use aids, how to recharge the tools.
It takes a lot of time and is unbearable. I'm almost at 2000 level and I know very well how to play in all the details, I don't need anything. How can you disable these alerts?
I'll stop playing otherwise. Unbearable.

Are you saying that you have been getting tutorials for a few months now? Or has this recently started to happen?
Have you by any chance reinstalled the game app lately? This is the only reason I can think of as to why you are getting the tutorials ๐ค
May I know which device you are playing on? Apple, Android, PC, W10? And if on mobile, what is the latest game app version you have installed?

CLearing cache and cookies can also do it annoyingly ๐

@QueenB Yes, a few months. I'm playing directly through facebook on my PC (win10, Edge or Chrome as browser). So I cannot reinstall nothing and I don't find any settings to change.
@Lady_Choo I've to reset cache and cookies every day for working reason (just two minutes ago another time) but nothing changes in the game.

Check your cache and update.

You cannot update if playing on Facebook as it does it automatically...and clearing cache can be the cause ๐

@Lady_Choo I've checked: by using Edge I have to clear settings for work reason but on Chrome is not necessary and the setting from a long time is that Facebook can always use cookies (exception)
However, the behavior is the same on both browsers!
