I'm sorry that both of you have an issue with your game, in order to help you may you please specify your type of device, Pc, mobile, Android,iOS and if you play through Facebook or King.com? 😊😊

Did you reinstall the game App? If you have reinstalled your game app, all the boosters and Magic beans have been lost because are saved on the memory of your device.

Did you update the game to the last version?
