I've just upgraded my phone to a Samsung 21 Ultra. I signed in through Facebook to continue my progress but for some reason I'm not in a team anymore and do not appear to have the option to join one anymore. Its not showing me as having farm friends now either. Does anyone know what I can do? I was loving the teams feature :(

Do you still have access to your old phone? If I remember correctly, you have created your own team, right? Can you please check if your team is intact on your old phone?
If everything works fine on the old phone, then, all that needs is a little nudge on your new phone. Please play one or two levels and see if the Teams comes into your new phone. If it still doesn’t, please post back and let me know 👍
