When you said "backup account" -- I am thinking that you meant about the account you save your games with! Did I get that right? If so, it could be possible, with a bit of time taking process.

If you are playing on a mobile device, you can send the request directly from your game 👇️
1) Select “Customer Care” tab from your game
2) Select the 3rd option and once it opens, scroll down all the way
3) This is the screen you see, when you scroll down
👆 Click on that “contact us” tab and fill out the form that appears. Then, “submit” the form.
