I'm sorry that you have an issue with your game on Facebook.That is frustrating when that happens,may I ask which browser are you using? If you have a different browser, can try to play with it?
Could you try to clear the cache on your browser and restart your device?
Did you have problems with internet connection or could be a temporary Facebook issue.

It looks like you have access to Windows 10 on your PC, have you tried downloading the game app from Microsoft Store and give it a try?
All you have to do open Microsoft Store, search for the game, download it, and connect it to your Facebook account so your progress can sync.
Please note boosters and lives do not get synced!
Let us know if you need any help with that but if you want to continue playing on a browser, you need to contact Player Support for further help as there are no issues with the game on Facebook that we can fix.
@vasiliki1967 the screenshot that you have provided isn't of the windows 10 app. It looks like you are using it on the firefox browser there. The reason I think this is because it has the facebook address.
When you download the game from the microsoft store, it will not open in a browser. It will open up on your desktop itself.
I am not sure if this link will work for you as it is a british link but it might ask you to change to your country.
This is how my windows 10 app looks, notice it doesn't have an address bar, its just a window.
I can also pin the app to my task bar.
If you have installed it, can you show us a print screen of that image too please.
