Game will not load

Hello game will not load it only comes to a orange screen that says you have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix please try again in a moment

does anybody have ideas on what to do

I am sorry to hear that your game is not loading for you! I am assuming that you are using a PC.

If you are on Windows 10 game -- please check if there any updates for the App;

If you are on the Browsers -- have you tried a different browser and check if the game loads there? Most of the times, updating our Browsers also solves the issue.

So, please check those few points and let me know how it goes.

I have been seeing few complaints about the same issue. But, none of those players have come back to tell us how it went! Hence, I do not know whether using a different browser and/or updating the current browser worked or not!
