Unable to delete messages

Hi, newbie to the group… I’ve been playing off and on for a few years, my question is I’ve got 147 messages in my message box none of which I can delete, it’s frustrating as I’m not getting any lives or help from friends. Any suggestions please? 🙂

I'm sorry about your problem, in order to help you may you please specify your type of device, mobile, PC, Windows10 or iOS, King.com or Facebook?

Did you update the game to the last version?

Try clearing out the game cache or maybe even your device cache, turn off your device wait 5 minutes and turn on again the device.This will remove any old information that is stored up and hopefully it will delete your old messages!
