Just to ad to what @Spinnifix said, even if you do get the ads they are not always there. I had them for a few months and then they were gone for a while. They only just came back a while ago.

I agree with you. It's really bad in Candy Crush. I've noticed it many times and just shake my head. This is probably a technical error. Not if from the player.

Unfortunately as Spinnifix said, these are not available to everyone but only selected random players. I myself have been playing since the beginning but have never seen them and I don't think my husband has and he isn't that high. Sometimes these things to take time and might evolve or might just go even.
