Hi all I’ve made a big boo boo, I’ve been blocked as I was asked to put in my age ie date of birth BUT I put it in incorrectly by mistake and it made me the age of SIX! I’m 54! Now I’m locked out and cannot play it anymore ☹️ Any way of unblocking this I was on level 3054!

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! It was new rule that was made in UK for the players must be 18 years old. You were blocked because the age you entered did not meet their requirement.
But, no need to worry. Our Farm In-charge has advised us to direct the players to Customer Support for assistance. Please go to this web page ---> https://soporto.king.com/contact and fill out the form you see there.
** After entering your name, email, etc., you will see below entries. Fill out those 2 lines as exactly shown below and your complaint will be taken care of.
** Since this is weekend, I am not sure if there is anybody available to solve the issue or not! Please wait for them till the weekend is over. Also, it is common to receive an automated email as an acknowledge of receiving your complaint.
