    Sorry if you have a problem with your game, in order to help you may you please specify your type of device, pc, mobile, Facebook or King.com and if you have updated the game to the last version?

    May you give us more details of the issue, is regarding the game loading, because there are players with this problem

    And to add my pennies worth too, as it seems its not a loading issue so much as restarting from the beginning, is it giving you any kind of pop up about date of birth?

    If using a device have you trying logging in?
