Lost Boosters

Hi,

Just wondering why I have lost all my boosters. I had heaps of boosters, and yesterday they all disappeared. I play the game on a computer.

    Firstly, did you have your progress saved? For issues on PC, the best person to ask is @Lady_Choo so hopefully she will be more helpful than me. I only play on Android.

    Welcome to the community @kezza65 I am so sorry you have had issues with the boosters.

    When you say you play on the computer, do you mean through Facebook, the kingdom or the windows 10 app?

    This sometimes happens when playing on the w10 app the same as devices, if you log out and progress isn't saved, or if you uninstall the game then unfortunately the data that is saved on the app, is removed as it is stored in the device memory rather than the game itself. Sometimes even updates can cause it to happen although rarer. That is why King don't recommend you store so many just in case. They can replace paid for boosters but unfortunately not saved ones.

    If playing on the app version, have you logged out and then logged back in? Don't clear data or reset the app as that will cause them all to be lost (That happened to me last week when it was buggy)

    If you are playing on Facebook (on a browser) then that shouldn't happen as they are saved on there.

    I just tried using a different browser, and it's come up with a different amount of boosters. On one browser I now have none, and on the other I have a few, but still nowhere near what I had before.

    Facebook means you should save them then. Which booster is it that is vanishing?

    I think if I were you I would contact support and then they can look into your account directly. We cannot do that here to keep your data safe. They should be able to tell you exactly whats going on. Hope this helps!
