Did the purchase,money went out of my account but on the app didn’t receive anything.What should I do to have a money back or get the purchase on the app?

    Unfortunately as it involves your account we cannot access it from here so I need to ask you to email support by this link. They should be able to help you.

    Alternatively if you have the receipt you can report it to your app store as not having received it, sometimes that is a little quicker but don't worry, one way or the other it will be resolved 😊
