I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

** Actually, I do not think it is the issue with "super fruit"! But, the "tutorials" itself! Same thing has happened to few players when the +1 Bonus booster was introduced.

Which level are you at and what device are you using?

** If you try to close the game and re-open, is it still freezing on the "Tutorial Video" or are you able to play the game? If you have checked that, can you please try and let me know?

Please let me know these above details and I will go report it to our Farm In-charge.

please fix it so the game doesn't freeze - almost at the end - then super fruit comes on and FREEZES

Are you still stuck on level 4291 OR did you move to a new level?

Is it a "Tutorial" that is presented by the ChooChoo bird and your screen is stuck on that screen? OR does the Superfruit appears suddenly and the screen freezes?
