Hi @emonac which device are you playing on and how do you log in? Through Facebook or the Kingdom?

Sometimes you need to refresh the game as you are playing for lives to be shown, but if playing through Facebook you would need to check permissions are active.

Thank you for trying to help @Havish but we try to keep support links for those we cannot help with as our Farm manager has direct access to the studios and can report issues if needed. Sending via support will likely result in a link back to here.😊
