Level 4319 keeps freezing
This level freezes during play. Only way to fix it is to close Farm Heroes and re-open. This means you lose a life every time it happens. There have been so many issues with the game recently that it is just frustrating to try and play. No beans, no ads, no new levels, impossible super hard levels, etc. Games are supposed to be fun.

Sorry if there problem with the level 4319, may I ask to wait few days to check it, today is a bank holiday in Spain.
In the meantime could you please try to play that level with a different device? May be if you play with the app mobile, try with King.com or Facebook or just clear the cache, close your device wait for few minutes and turn on again your device.

Did you still have the problem? May you please specify your device and if have update the game to the last version? The game is freezing in a specific move, when there is a cascade effect or just before the last move?

Yes I still have the problem. Game is up to date version 5.68.8 I am using a samsung s20 fe. Sometimes I can't even open Farm Heroes, it freezes on the Play screen. In level 4319, it may freeze on the opening screen or any time during play - not associated with cascade..

I got past level 4319 and am on 4321 now and then the game froze again First on the map screen, I closed and reopened game, clicked level 4321. The level opened and immediately froze there so couldn't play at all. Becuz the level opened, I lost a life without being able to play.

May we ask you if is possible to take a screenshot if the issue still persists and did you try to play with different devices, King.com or Facebook? 😉😉😉
The Studio tested the game with different devices but could not reproduce the issue.

Next time I will take a screenshot but not sure how a still image of an unresponsive screen helps. It won't show you that tiles don't move when you try to make moves. Game has not frozen today yet but happened 4 times yesterday. I had the same issue on my Galaxy S8 as on the S20.
