Based from the screenshot you posted, it would be impossible to finish the level because one of the objectives of the game is to open an oyster. And we cant see a single oyster around hehe. 😀😀
Try to redo your game or better yet do an upgrade of your game app. Good luck

This bug persists in iOS app version 5.76.1
When the giraffe’s hit is the second on the clam, the clam doesn’t clear properly. No part of the clearing animation plays, but the hit box of the clam appears to clear and allows cropsies to enter that space. After this failed clearing, if activated, the giraffe reacts as if the clam has been cleared.

Have you got another device you could try it on to see if you can get past this level? And could you tell me which device you are playing on please.
Also. I did just try the level and was lucky enough not to have that issue. Have you tried playing without using the companion? I found when I didn't, the issue didn't happen. When I did use the companion that's when the issue did.

@Lady_Choo @QueenB I’m playing on iPhone XR iOS 15.3.1, the bug doesn’t seem to happen when using the other companions available on that level, nor when using no companion. I didn’t attempt to locate other levels with the giraffe available to determine whether the issue is level specific or companion specific. With some persistence, I was eventually able to complete the level when not using the giraffe companion.
