I love this game but can’t play because it won’t save my progress which is irritating. I’ve logged out of FB and the game and tried everything it said to do and still I get the red banner “there is a connection issue try back in a little bit.” I’ve restarted my phone and my internet nothing works. Please help!! This has been going on for a while. Privacy settings are active. I don’t get it.

I am assuming that along with saving progress, other functions of the game like Daily Bonus, Quests, etc., also give you the same message!! Right?
Do you have any other games installed on your device? How are they behaving? Are they working without any issues?

I do have other games on my phone and they are all working fine. And yes no matter how I try to sign in I get the red banner. I’m not able to watch videos for extra moves like I was in the beginning. And it constantly says no connection though every other app works just fine. So I’m not sure. I’ve deleted the app because if I can’t save my progress then I do t want to play.

1) which device you are using to play the game?
2) If using a laptop, are you playing through Facebook OR King.com?
3) If playing on a mobile device, is it behaving like how @SpecialK9904 has explained above?

Thank you very much for providing the details I needed to know. I am glad that you have deleted the App, because, that is the remedy for this issue.
We don’t know how, but, sometimes, a bug affects our game Apps and all it says is “no internet connection” and nothing else! Not sure, why that bug even appears, but the only remedy is to delete that particular App and reinstall it.
But, only downside with this step is that we lose all our saved boosters. Because, when we delete the game, all the date that is stored on the memory pertaining to that App also gets deleted! Unfortunately, those boosters will not be reimbursed by the King team unless we have purchased them with real money.
** Now, to reinstall the game — First clear the cache on your device — Disconnect from WiFi and delete clear the cache again — now turn off your phone for few minutes and turn it back in — Reconnect the Internet connection — Install the game and log back in with the same details you were using before.
You will find the game progress and Gold Bars where you left at the time you saved it last time.

I too have experienced that issue and it has been reported to our Farm In-charge.
But, to look at the issue, none of the Farm team is available as it is the weekend. I would request you to play the game without watching Ads for next couple of days, and see if the freezing happens.
That trick worked for me. Hope it will be for you too 👍
