I paid the 9 to carry on and it wont let me continue it comes up with a box but wont let get rid any help please.

    Sorry to hear your game got stuck and I assume you had to restart the game in order to continue. Does this happen often? Which device do you play on?

    If you wish to get your 9 Gold bars back, get back to us with your Game ID and we will ask Support to add it back to your game.

    To find your ID, tap on My Profile 👇

    Now you double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear and reveal your Game ID.
