I am sorry to hear your game froze after you bought lives. Did you restart your device to see if you could play again? Were you able to play then? .
Did you have this issue for the first time OR have you experienced it before? Which device do you use to play the game? Also, did you purchase the lives by using Gold Bars OR by spending money?
Can you please answer these questions for me, so that I can suggest the next steps?

Hi , I am playing on PC. The game plays ok with no problems. I have spent a lot of my own money over the last 4 years, But only had a problem on my last two purchases. Both for £2.99 Purchase completes when continue button is pressed nothing happens, I have to refresh game to continue but do not receive rewards.

Farm Heroes Saga has had a lot of money off me over the years, Why is it always the same old story ? (Quick enough to take your money , But make it as difficult as possible to to get your money back when things go wrong ? )
Hi @steve89 I'm sorry it seems like that. However this time it's all down to data laws and keeping your details secure. By the player support team accessing your account it means your details are not being shared in multiple places which keeps you safe.
Alternatively you can contact the store you purchased them from which you can find on your email receipt and dispute purchase. Sometimes that can be quicker. I do understand how annoying it is and Christmas holidays means skeleton staff which doesn't help. These things always happen at the wrong time!
All I ask for is the gold bars I have purchased but not received. 18 in total. Think it is time to find another game to play.
