The game freezes and I loose money and my game

I paid for 10 gold bars to continue a game. Once I received the gold coins I paid the 9 gold bars to continue the game and had 99 moves it freezes after I get down to 47 moves left. How do I get my money back? I was about to win the level but now I have to start the level over again. This is not the first time it’s done this. I don’t want to continue to loose money.

    I did see couple of similar complaints over the holidays but, not lately!
