Hi, when I tap on the “comment” white box, why doesn’t my keypad come up so I can type and also the page just goes up to your answer?

Hi Caroline 🤗 It looks like you are using a mobile device, isn't it?

Sometimes, when we try to answer on mobile devices, the screen keeps jumping. So, I would suggest you to "refresh" your tab, and try to type again. It will work 👍️
