iPad progress is not synced to iPhone or computer

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the game progress! Please follow these steps to sync the progress on both your devices... You can try this on just one device 👇️

** Click on the "Customer Care" tab

You will see below screen... scroll down a little bit and click on "My Game Progress"

Now, look for “Why is my game progress different on two devices” option —> follow the steps provided there

Hope it works out fine and your progress will sync on both your phone and iPad 👍️
