Having trouble starting the game after installing the app

Are you clicking and the game is not reacting? Are you getting any error messages?

Is this your first time playing or are you catching up?

Not sure if I have installed correctly. I don't see anywhere to click on to start the game, Can you check to see if I have?

Which device are you using to play the game?

** If your device is an Android phone/tablet, go to "Google Play Store" -- "Search" for "Farm Heroes Saga" game -- The App will pop up and you will see this screen (or similar one) 👇️

** If you are using an Apple device, you will have to search in "App Store".

Once you see this screen, click on that "Play" tab and you will play the game 👍️

** Some devices need special settings change to keep our Apps as widgets/shortcuts. So, if you still don't find your game in any screen of your device, check how to create the shortcut.

Hope these steps are clear and you will be able to play your game now 🤩
