    Yes, it is possible. All you need to do is contact our Player Support Team (if you play on a mobile device, you can contact then directly from the game app, this way they will have your details and the process will go much quicker).

    Open the game app and select the 3 lines and select Customer Care:

    Select "Can I move my game progress onto a new device?":

    Now scroll down until you see Contact Us and send your request:
