Lock out @ Level 3582 after paid
Hi, I have just being lock out @ Level 3582 automatically after purchase gold bar (in real money) via iPhone apps and this is the third times I have been experienced.
Level still not completed after I have been logout, even though I have already fulfilled all requirements during bonus moves. Kindly assist.

Not to worry as you can request iTunes for a refund by following these steps:
- Use this link.
- Once you are logged in with your Apple ID click on Report a Problem and follow the onscreen steps
- Click here for more information.
Now I'm afraid you will have to replay the level again if it did not get recorded even if the requirements were met. Before doing that, we recommend force closing the game app, checking for updates, clear the game app cache if you haven't tried this yet.
