Missing beans

Has anyone else had all their beans taken away? I had between 200,000 and 300,000 beans and now I have 30. I contacted customer support and they were no help at all. I have played this game for several years and want to continue to play, but I want my beans back.

Sometimes there are updates or lack of storage that can cause Magic Beans to disappear but if you play on mobile, there are events that reward magic beans, and also passing levels helps but I understand you need some in order to progress.

We are not in a position to handle these issues but I would love to invite you to take part in the community contest we run HERE where there is a chance to win Gold bars which can be used later on to buy Magic Beans 😀

No thanks, I will just delete the game. I refuse to keep playing a game where my rewards can just be taken away.
