Game wont load

Game wont load it is pink with white squares. It has been like this for 3 days. I have tried restarting game and device. I have checked for an update and that the internet connection is good. I dont want to uninstall and reinstall game as i will lose all progress. Has this happened to you and if so what can i do?

It sounds like there might be a storage issue on the device the game is being played on. can you let us know if you're using an Apple, Android, Windows device and how much storage you have left on the device?
Normally reinstalling the game app should take care of these issues and as long as you have the game app connected to either a Facebook or King account, your progress should be saved 😉
The only thing is that any saved boosters and lives will be lost as these get backed up on the device!
