I’ve lost all my bonus lives after updating the app and I even spent £5.99 on more gold bars this is so unfair I lost everything has this happened to anyone else

    Sorry if you have lost your bonus lives 😔, in order to help you may your specify your type of device and/or if you play through Facebook or app mobile. How many days happened? There was a similar issue in February with an updating and all the boosters disappeared, that issue was fixed and we like to understand better.

    If the problem is with a purchase you have to get in touch with the Customer Support:

    Open the game and select the 3 lines:
