Why did my Farm Heroes reset to the very beginning?

Went to play, accepted the new “privacy, service” info and my Farm Heroes went back to game one! This is the 2nd time this has happened in the past few weeks and I have been playing for years. What is going on?

I am sorry to hear that your level progress went back to the beginning of the game 😕

Since you said you have "accepted terms" / "Privacy Policy", etc., I am thinking that you might have logged out of the game! It could have been accidental or the game itself did that!! I am not sure why the game logs out by itself, but I have noticed it couple of times!

Please log in again with your account details and you will find yourself where you left off 👍️
