Hi, the past two days, I can’t open my app. Can you please tell me that my progress hasn’t been deleted and what do you suggest I do to get back playing again? Thanks.

Just to make sure... are you playing Farm Heroes Saga game? If so, which device are you trying to open it on?

** What is happening when you try to open the App? Are you not able to open the App itself OR not able to "log in"?

Can you please explain a bit more and/or post couple of screenshots, so that, we can understand the issue even better?

** With regards to your game progress -- If you have saved the game before with a Facebook account OR a Kingdom account, that game progress will stay as it is 👍️
