Disappearing boosters

My game had collected boosters in numbers between 40-50 on each item. Now suddenly most of them has disappeared, and only 3-7 are left! How do i get my collected boosters back? My id is 1320231153

I am sorry to hear that you lost boosters from your game 😕

Few questions for my clarification please…

1) are you playing on a computer or mobile device?

2) If using a mobile device, did you update your App recently?

3) How much storage space is there on your mobile device?

I will tag @PummyRaj for you @PhilDoe But its been the Easter weekend and the community team don't work weekends or bank holidays or other special holiday days in Spain. So it could be that she hasn't yet had a reply.

Do you have windows 10? If so I would highly recommend downloading the app on there as it is more stable unless you already are. Make sure you are logged in and hopefully she will get back to you soon 🙂

We're very sorry to hear about this Phil 😕

It's quite possible to lose booster while during an update of the game or browser seeing that these get stored on the device they got accepted on and not synced like your game progress and Gold bars do.

Here in the Community, we are not authorized to replace any lost items and would therefore recommend reporting this to our Player Support team.

You can do this through this form HERE and make sure to include your Game ID as they will need that as well.

We hope they will be able to offer a compensation for the trouble ☺️
