Forgotten password

I’ve tried to reset password as have replaced iPad but when you press on email to reset it sends me to homepage with no link to reset it ?....

can anyone help please

To help you, may we know which password are you trying to reset? Is it your King account that you are trying to connect to the game?

That is strange... could you attach a screenshot of the page that you get so we can check it with Player Support and see what we need to do next?

I’ve just tried again and it has worked this time….. strange. Maybe because I was trying on my old iPad ?
