Do you play Farm Heroes Saga or any other King Saga game?
Downloaded farm heroes super saga, the same, no connection
Have you tried opening and playing the game on another device?
I tried it on three devices, it doesn't help
Do you have other gaming applications on the device you are using right now? If so, do they work properly?
There are a couple of games of other developers, everything is ok, they work
Did you lose your progress at the level when reinstalling the game?
Yes, I thought it would help, but in the end level 1 and there is also no connection
Finally, has your device software been updated?
Both the device has been updated and the game has been updated to the latest versions

When you have deleted the game App, did you "clear the Cache" and all the data pertaining to Farm Heroes Saga game? It would help when you reinstall the game (in my experience)!
With regards to your game progress, due to "no connection" - I am thinking you are not logged in to your account. That's why, you are at level 1. Once you log in, you will find yourself at your original level 👍️ Do you have a personal computer? If so, you can try logging into the game on that and see if it works or not (you should be able to find yourself at your actual level).
I have not heard of the issue of game not working on 3 different devices and having same issue! Hence, I have requested our Farm In-charge to look into the issue and help you out. Please bear with us 🙏

I came in from my personal computer, my phone and someone else's phone, one problem, there is no connection, accordingly, do not log in to my account! I tried wi-fi and mobile network, with and without vpn, nothing helps, judging by Google and reviews, such a problem throughout Russia
@Bondar I know a lot of gaming companies are suspending sales in Russia along with other companies right now, but I am not sure if that would mean you couldn't log into your account.
Sorry for jumping in but if @PummyRaj hasn't heard anything, our Farm Queen is on holiday right now so while the game is open, can you click on the cog and contact player support. I think it will be better to see if they know if there are any sanctions but they can also look into your account and see if there is anything preventing it from connecting. We cannot access accounts you see due to data laws. If you can't find it within the game, I have the contact form link here
