I am so sorry to hear that you have lost the Magic Beans from your game!
Since you said you are on Rancid level, I am thinking that you might have chosen the choices to use Beans for "Bonus Cropsie points"!!
** If we choose "Free", we will not spend any Beans. But, if we choose either 2nd or 3rd choice, we will lose 850 and 1700 of Beans respectively. If you have picked the 3rd option and played 10 times, there goes all your Magic Beans 😕
You can contact King Customer Support and request them for reimbursement! But, I am not sure how much successful it will be 🤔 Because, it would not be a system glitch 🐥
** I would suggest you to go back to the lower levels and see if there are any levels that you have not achieved 3 stars and play them again. If you win, you will achieve 250 Magic Beans per level;
** We are running Contests in this Community. Please Join this CONTEST and get a chance to win boosters, Gold Bars and Magic Beans;
** Finally, I would recommend you not to spend your Magic Beans to activate the Companions in the beginning of the levels. Because with changed feature, the Companions are not being very helpful 😕

Hello PummyRaj, thank you for your prompt response. As I mentioned earlier I’m on level 2062. I’ve been playing farm heroes from 2015. I’ve played and won each level till 2062. I have accumulated over 20,000 beans throughout the years. I know exactly how the game works. However there is an issue with the game which has made the beans disappear. On some occasions it was 20,000 when you started to play and in the next game it would be 560. It kept at that till it reduced to 10.
Theres a glitch in the game and I would like my beans reimbursed. Thank you.

The game started asking for my birthdate every time I logged out and tried to log back in. It never used to do that. Also I’ve always played with the sound off. Whenever I logged out and logged back in the sound would remain off. Now if I log out and log in, there’s always music and I have to mute it again.

As regards your birth date, if you log out or clear cache and it clears your data too, it will ask for your birth date now. Its all down to data protection laws to make sure you are not a child and allow you to access the site.
The same as if you log in and out and your sound comes back. I am not sure why it didn't before, but when you log out it sees you as a new player and therefore will refresh all settings.
I am not sure about the beans, if you have tried logging out and in again to make sure you are properly logged in, I would strongly advise that you contact player support from within the game and they can access your account (which we cannot do here) and they can look and see what is going on for you. You get to it via the cog. If you get an automated email directing you here, reply back to that email with your issue again as sometimes when they are busy, they will send players here. Be patient though as if they are busy, it might be a day or two (or a little longer) till they reply. But they will.
Also be careful how many boosters you are saving, as they are saved within your device memory and not in the game. Sometimes when apps update, devices will wipe all data to freshly install it and they could be lost. As its a device issue they wouldn't be replaced unless you purchased them. If you are having bean issues, I wouldn't want you to risk losing them too as they are hard earned.
Any advice we give, you might already have known, but you would be surprised how many have been playing since the game begins and don't know about unchecking companions or spending them on rancid or even buying shovels with beans at levels nearer the top so we will always advise players just in case.
