Farm Heroes Saga gem loss

How can I get back the 50+ gems that I lost because of your system errors. Twice I asked for 5 more moves and neither times were they given. I only needed one more move to beat the level but never got the extra moves.

Sorry about your problem but in order to help you 😊 you are writing about gems, but in Farm Heroes we have only fruits or vegetables, may it's another King game?
