Level 3312 - Golden Pin causes the game to crash

Please help? I’ve got to level 3312 and the Golden pin screen causes the game to crash and I have to restart. I can’t get past it. I can play previous levels without any problem.

I’ve removed and reinstalled the game. Is there any way to stop the Golden pin message coming up?

I will pass this over to the cm in charge, but in the meantime, have you got another device you could play the level on?

Which device are you playing on now that causes the crash? Have you checked the app store for updates if using a mobile device?

I’m playing on an iPad with OS 15.5 but I’ve also tried it on my iPhone which is running iOS 12.5.5 because it’s an old iPhone. It does the same on both platforms.

I’ve checked for updates for both iOS and app updates and I’m an up to date as I can be.

This is an issue that the studio is looking into and in the meantime, your game has been moved to level 3313 so that you can continue playing.
