Game sounds disappear after viewing advertisements.

For some time now the game sounds disappear after each time I view an ad, even though there is sound when I view a further ad. The only way to get the game sound back is to come out of the app and go back in. This is frustrating and annoying. I use my 6th generation IPad and software version 15.5. Any ideas?

Hi @lizzirobbi 👋 I heard back from our farm manager. She confirmed the issue was fixed but it could be down to the age of the device.

she asked if you have another device you could try it on to see if it happens on that device, and if not to suggest you try basic troubleshooting which would include reinstalling the app. If you do that though please make sure you backed up your progress either via the kingdom or Facebook... and you will lose any saved boosters you have. This is because they are saved on the device not the game.. so if you wipe the game the boosters data goes too. Logging in with your save though will restore your progress. 😊

Thank you for your reply. I followed your advice and tried playing on my Amazon Fire tablet, and lo and behold there is no sound issue, so thank you for that suggestion. I can only assume that the problem lies with the age of my iPad and also my iPhone as I had already tried reinstalling the app on both of these devices without success. However, I will now play on the Fire tablet and save myself a whole lot of frustration! Thank you so much for your prompt attention.
