Trouble getting the game to load after hitting PLAY

2 days ago I played fine, but now I can't get the game to fully load. It gets as far as my hitting PLAY, and then I'm back on my home screen on my phone. This happened to me back in 2014, according to a review I left on Google Play. Any ideas how to fix?

Sorry if you have a problem with your game 😔 in order to help you can you please specify your type of device,if the game is updated to the last version and it's possible to have a screenshot of it?
Are you playing only with your mobile? You can try only to clear the app cache, turn off your device for few minutes and turn on again.
