Can you please tell me whether you are experiencing this “no connection” issue with all the features - daily bonus, special events, and collecting rewards in the special events, etc., OR just with the Teams?

Thank you for replying me.

I have this problem whenever have the team quests or big event of Farm King. For example, yesterday I cannot do my team quest. Last time, I could't claim my 1st place in the yearly event. And after that, when I could "reconnect", I had to join the consulation instead of the final round.

Thank you for your explanation. You still have to tell me about the "Daily Bonus" gifts! Are you able to collect them?

Some players were having some issues with all these events you have explained above. I am assuming this could be related to the same issue!

How is it working right now? What all the events do you have in your game at present?

Do you have "Level 5000" event? Have you played it? If so, were you able to collect gifts in that event?

Finally, which device you are using to play the game? Have you tried "clearing cache"?

The fix that was sent by the Farm game Studio should have fixed the issue you are having. But, if not, please let me know 🐥

It's sad that to let you know about my situation.

After many times uninstall and reinstall the game at this moment I event cannot login to the game. Poor meeee!

Oh no @quyennami !

I don't think it is definitely related to your issue though as long as your log in details are correct.

Sometimes the server plays up a little and it does that for everyone so we will see if we get more complaints. Fingers crossed!
