How come I cannot get my wifi to work to buy things from the app. I can't use the piggy bank gold bars or extra lives. I'm so tired of not be able to use these things. Makes me want to quit the game and I've had been playing for yrs now

Can you clarify few things for me please…

• Are you playing on a mobile device OR on Windows10 App version?
• Are you seeing a “no connection” pop-up when you are trying to make a purchase?
• Are you able to collect your Daily Bonus without any issues?
• Are you receiving “special events”? Currently, we have a Farm Pass and also an event that has “Oysters”. Do you have them? If so, are you able to play?
• Can you show me a screenshot of that “no connection” message or pop-up?

** I am sorry! I did not understand what you meant by “cannot use Gold Bars from Piggy Bank” and also extra lives.

Are you talking about the extra lives you have received from your friends? If so, what is happening when you try to use those?
