Can't log on to Farm Heroes today from Facebook. How come?

Are you playing on a computer or on a mobile device?

Are you seeing any message when the log-in fails? Can you show me a screenshot of that message?

I am playing on a laptop computer and the message I received pertains to WebGL.

The “WebGL” message would be usually glitch on our (players’) side, but not the game 🤔

** Please try and see if you can open the game on a different browser; different laptop;

** Try to clear cookies and all the browsing history — log out — shut sown the computer and turn it back on after 5 to 10 minutes;

** Check if there are any “updates” pending on your browser! If you see any, install them right away.

Usually, these steps will clear that WebGL issue. If you are experiencing this issue even after these trouble shooting steps, please post back and let me know 🐥
