Why i keep receiving the message “connection is not available”

I keep receiving a message that there is no connection while my wifi works very well ?!!

I am sorry to hear that you are having connection issues with your game! Are you having this issue in Farm Heroes Saga game?

Are you seeing this message when you try to log in OR while try to receive a gift from an event? Are you able to receive the "Daily Bonus" every day?

Can you please show me a screenshot of that "no connection" message?

Hi.

the game i’m facing the issue with is FarmHeroes Saga.

i deleted and reinstalled the game but still facing same issue.

i can’t connect make any kind of purchases or see my progress with teams or join teams due to the connection issue. I uploaded screenshot of the message I receive.

Exactly same problem here. Never had any problem, not with any game. This really sucks!
