Yes... I need help!

I've BW3 a lot but that was before covid. BUT, this is my first time on the "Community". I was on my "welcome" pg

trying to accomplish " Say Hi, and introduce yourself"! but no matter where I looked, or what I pushed, I wasn't able to

find a bar/area to type a greetings "I'm Back" 🤗. The only reason I'm able to contact you is due to the fact that I found the reply button. what or where am I to go/push to be able to just jump in?
